Mobile Communications Trailer As-Built PDF
Mobile Communications Trailer PowerPoint

Upon arrival of the trailer In October of 2014, I built a Mobile Communications Trailer designed to carry all my gear related to my volunteer work with CERT and Red Cross as well as for personal use (camping, field day, etc). The front section is a communications station while back section is used for cargo shelves.

The trailer is powered by 460Ah Battery Banks supplied by 6 x 100 Watt Solar Panels mounted on the roof. The trailer can also accept a 120 VAC “Shore Power” input to a 30A power supply / charger. Dish Network satellite TV Dome provides local TV stations and better situational awareness.
