California’s Roadmap to Modify the Stay-at-Home Order

The California Governor’s office has released a Roadmap (PDF) of actions and outcomes affecting our future sheltering activities. It’s a short, easy-to-read document that focuses on actions that will be aligned to achieve these goals:

  1. Prevent infection in people who are at high risk for severe disease
  2. Ensure our ability to care for the sick within our hospitals
  3. Reduce social, emotional and economic disruptions
  4. Build the capacity to protect the health and well-being of the public

The focus, California’s 6 indicators for modifying the Stay-at-Home Order, includes two key questions for each indicator that will help measure how the State is doing. If this document peaks your interest, you can find much more information at the State’s Covid-19 website.
