<\/p>\nMartinez Area CERT is proud to welcome our newest group of instructors: Marta, Cathy, Stephen, Milagros, and Ben. This team walked in ready to go. Many have had years of experience explaining things to people before. All clearly demonstrated their enthusiasm for helping people learn how to be safe in so many ways. It was an amazing and diverse group of people at the Train the Trainer course. Can you find our group below?<\/p>\n

They went through several exercises that focused on the important points to share in several of our basic exercises. For example, here’s Marta talking about fire safety (before she starts a fire), Cathy and Ben doing first aid, and Milagros and Stephen making sure they’re clear on utility safety. All helped rescue our silent, trapped friend in cribbing safety. A great learning weekend was had by all.<\/p>\n
